Short Report

The outbreak of coronavirus disease caused by the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 is currently the peak season of common respiratory viral infections. COVID - 19 has gradually spread worldwide, and is now rapidly spreading across many countries worldwide. Now a day, it is also the peak season for respiratory infections, and their severe cross-species transmission patterns and clinical symptoms pose a huge threat to human health. Therefore, it is vital for clinicians to timely and accurately identifies patients who are very likely to have COVID-19.

The effective surveillance of the transmission patterns of respiratory tract pathogens in the COVID-19 affected area may be conducive for us to formulate an optimal treatment regimen and inhibit the rapid spread of the virus.
